Kathryn Binks is raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support
Story
• Macmillan is a charity very close to me. •
They offer people living with cancer everything they’ve got.
Not only do they support the individual going through cancer they support their surrounding family. If you’re lucky enough to not have to battle through it yourself, there’s no doubt you know stories of people who have. With some form of cancer now affecting 1 in 2 people during their lifetime, Macmillan’s doing whatever it takes help. But without generosity, Macmillan won’t be able to support everyone who needs them.
This summer a me and a group of friends are tackling Macmillan’s Mighty Hike 2023. We’ll be hiking 26.2miles through the Lake District. We’ll be clambering through the national park for over 10hours reaching a total elevation of 2951ft.
