In 2016 I will be taking part in 3 major events, VLM in April, Wickets & Wheels 2016 in May and Wales Velothon.  Wickets & Wheels, is an annual cycle ride from Taunton to South Wales organised by 2 Wish.  Having had to defer last year's marathon place due to injury, I need an incentive to get me around the 26.2 miles.  Following the tragic death of Stuart and Fraser, fellow Pontyclun Flyers, I decided to choose 2 Wish Upon A Star as it is a local charity that supports bereaved parents and family, by giving them support, counselling and memory boxes.  They also aim to provide a bereavement suite at every A&E Department in Wales.
