Hhhmm I havent run in 2 years! lol!  This time I'm running for the homeless, who knows with the extension going so sloooowwwllyy I could one day join them lol! 

Seriously though CRISIS helps achieve long term solutions for the homeless, which means there is more room on the park benches for "party people" to crash after a heavy session! lol!

You know who you are!  (Hhmm Get Loaded in the Park!!) lol!

So donate for more space in the city to passout!
OR DRINK IN MODERATION!! The choice is yours lol!

And since I've done the London Marathon (albeit slowly lol! but thank you to all those who supported me - as that was tough) So I shall up the ANTI.

From the day my donations hit -

£50 - I will consume no more than the recommended x4 lrge glasses per week
          (and thats pretty tough as we have the few parties due in May)

£100  - I will not consume any liquor at all until 12-June-08  
           (OMG!  I'm twitching at the thought! lol!)

£200 - I will give up alcohol for x4 months , but there is no way thats happening! lol!
             Remember economic times are tough! So save your pennies for a rainy day
        
(So there is no rush on the donations guys hopefuly most of you will be taking an extended bank holiday weekend, and I am more than happy if you give can only give just £1)
