I’m joining my inspirational cousin Anna, who bravely decided to run for Cancer Research only the day after bowel cancer took away her devoted dad, my fun-loving uncle and the loyal, steadfast hub of our extended family, Andrew Wilson. He ran many marathons himself for charity and would have been so pleased that he got us girls up and running!

Lung cancer claimed the life of my godfather, Harry Rawlinson – another exceptional husband and father, a profoundly generous friend and an endearing godfather.  I simply can’t fathom why two of the most admired and loved men that I know have been taken away from us. 

Cancer’s taken down another giant of a man, and Anna and I hope to take a few baby steps to tackle it by running a 10K race.  We are hoping you will help our little run make a big impact against this heartless disease.
