I am running the Bupa Great Manchester Run in May and would appreciate if you could spare a few pounds to sponsor me and help to raise money for my chosen charity. 

I have chosen to run for the charity 'Challenge 4 Change'. They provide learning through fun, whilst building vital skills such as communication and team working.

C4C provides experimental education and training programmes designed for socially marginalised and disadvantaged people. The indoor training centre is unique and houses an aerial trekking course, high ropes elements, a climbing wall and low level obstacle course as well as training and meeting rooms.
