Why One25?

• It's our office charity this year
• It is a charity which has always since its inception been shaped and supported by members of St Agnes ( my church).
• People who are entrapped in sex work need help to be liberated
• Everyone needs help to find hope

Why swimming and walking?

• Because they are forms of exercise I can do and I enjoy

Why 125 k ?

• People in my office are doing 125 miles 
• I know 125 miles is beyond me ...but 125 k in 30 days I can do 
• The 125 for One25 seemed a punchy fun idea
