This year I set myself two challenges, to complete the Keswick to Barrow challenge (40 mile walk) and to run a half marathon....so here goes!

It is thought one in three will develop cancer in their lifetime, a horrific statistic! But with the continued work of charities such as Cancer Research more people will survive. My dad has now had cancer a shocking three times and survived to tell the tale...remarkable!
