We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

I am organising this event to raise money to support The Alzheimer's Society. This is a cause that is close to my heart as my Dad has early onset dementia. He has been affected by this condition in every way you can imagine. He now requires 24 hour care and is living in a residential home. I would like to make a contribution to ensure that valuable research and support continues to be provided by this charity.

This event will be a challenge for all participants, three spin classes back to back! Anyone who comes to my classes will know this is not going to be an easy ride but it will be worth it. There are ten people taking part, including my brother and two sisters. It's a group challenge, we're going to be working as a team to complete it together.

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
