Story

Rhys and Niamh (Supported by Mum and Dad) are completing the Snowdon Challenge on the 19th September (Weather permitting). Grandma Jenkins has set us this challenge as this is her birthday weekend!

St Ann's is an amazing place, close to our hearts, as they took great care of Auntie Tracey and sadly we know other people who have also been supported by the great team there. We are grateful for any sponsorship you are able to give us as we complete this challenge.

Your amazing support enables St Ann’s Hospice to provide care to people and their families living with a life-limiting illness in the Greater Manchester community. We provide a range of free services to patients, carers and their loved ones from three sites as well supporting patients in their own homes.
