On Sunday 16th February I will be taking part in Blackpool’s Valentines Walk 2014 organised by the British Heart Foundation. 

My Uncle, Gary Jenks, passed away in October of last year from a long standing heart condition, at the distressingly young age of 43. On Saturday 15th February he should have been 44. 

To me, it feels very poignant that this event organised by the British Heart Foundation is happening in Blackpool, where Gary lived, only a day after his birthday. I have never done a sponsored event such as this before, but I now fully understand why so many people do it.

It would mean so much to myself and my family if you could support us with a kind donation to our cause, the British Heart Foundation.
