I am taking part in a 10K run on the 2nd July 2017 in aid of Great Ormond Street Hospital.

 Almost 6 years ago Great Ormond Street looked after my friend Emily Holley for the last months of her life. The loss of Emily had such a great impact on me and my friends at Mayflower High School and there was so much shock and sadness at how such a precious life could be taken away at such a young age. Emily and her family are still in my thoughts and I wanted to do something to raise money for the patients and families of Great Ormond Street Hospital as a special tribute towards my friend who was very inspirational and brave.
