I’ve chosen to fundraise for Bliss because I want to make a real difference to the 95,000 babies born premature or sick every year. 

When our son Max  was born at 30 weeks in 2016 bliss provided us with a wealth of information and resources to help us understand and come to terms with what we were going through. 

Max was just 3lbs 5oz and unable to breath or eat without support. We spent 6 weeks in hospital however we were lucky. Max has no long term life changing conditions, not all babies born early are as fortunate.

Every donation that’s made to this page brings Bliss closer to ensuring that every baby born premature or sick in the UK has the best chance of survival and quality of life. Bliss does that by supporting parents to care for their babies, campaigning for better neonatal care and enabling life-changing research.
