Hello!

I last asked for help raising money for CRUK in 2008.  I have decided that it's time I did another race and asked for your help again. 

It is almost 6 years since my wonderful Dad lost his battle to cancer.  Not a day goes by when I don't think about him or miss him or wonder what he would be doing today had he survived (probably playing golf or teaching his Granddaughter Molly about his beloved West Ham!).

I hope that by raising money for CRUK, being told that you have this terrible illness will not be so devastating as there will be so much more that can be done.

I am also running this race for many other family members and dear friends who have battled cancer, some who lost and some who survived!

Thank you so much in advance for helping.  Now I better go and get some training done!
