In June 2014 my 4year son Jacob became very poorly & needed urgent surgery, he was taken to the Royal London Hospital where the surgical team met up & performed the surgery. 

Without their quick thinking & actions my son wouldn't still be with us!. But it's not just that, the whole care provided by the staff was fantastic & they took their time to know him personally & make him feel safe.

This may not sound out of the ordinary but Jacob has Autism along with many other diagnoses & making him feel safe when he had no understanding of the situation was no small feat.

I am doing this walk to give something back to them to show my eternal gratitude & admiration for them!.
