Hockey for Heroes are back with a bang!!

Introducing Operation Last Post!!

Over 9 days in May and June 2023, the Hockey for Heroes squads will take on their biggest challenge to date. In the first of its kind, both men's and ladies' squads will embark upon a joint tour, named Operation Last Post. Their mission will be to attempt to cover 457km in various endurance and military challenges as well as playing 54 games of hockey over the 9 day period, travelling across the country, starting in Ben Rhydding and finishing in Portsmouth.

Why 457km...? 457 is the number of British military deaths in Afghanistan and in typical Heroes fashion, they will acknowledge each and every life lost to remind people of the sacrifice our service personnel make on our behalf.

The teams are putting themselves through this challenge with the sole aim of raising money and awareness in support of Help for Heroes. If you would like to support them on this epic journey, then follow the details / link below!
