Hi - I am at it again......

In a bid to regain some personal fitness and raise money along the way, I have entered the Derby 10K on April 1st.  

My aim is to finish and if I manage to beat my previous 10K time (74mins), I will be delighted. As added incentive, I am raising money for Cancer Research - a charity dedicated to funding research, which is saving lives.  It is also a charity actively supported by my Mum and a group of her friends.  They have already raised £250,000 and are now going for double that.  

So, please sponsor me.  It will make the run doubly worthwhile.
