On Sunday June 14th myself and Poppy (and the bump) will be taking part in a sponsored walk to raise money for the Cardiff and Vale Branch of MNDA.

We are also doing it in honour of my brother and Poppy's uncle Sam who died of MND in Dec 2012 aged just 30.

This year's walk will be a slow one for us but we want to do it to make Sam proud.

Please give whatever you can to help this wonderful cause and help us get a step closer to finding a cure to this devastating illness.

All sponsorship money will go into Sam's tribute fund and will then be spent in the Cardiff & Vale area to help people living with MND.
