The charity of St Mungo's has always been close to Kate's heart.

St Mungo's helps the homeless with accomodation and support projects, providing safe and supportive homes for vulnerable people in their recovery. Community teams also work with thousands of people at risk including former rough - sleepers helping them gain life skills from job training to independent living skills.
