For those of you that know me well know that exercise is not my forte, but since retiring and due to a problem with my back I have had to start doing pilates, and I enjoy it that much I now also have started tap dancing and walking as I was told at the physio use it or loose it so I decided to do the Race for Life, this is very close to our hears as I lost my father to cancer at the age of 59 and also two first cousins before their 40th birthday so if you would sponsor me I would be very grateful.
