Story

Please sponsor me to run 13.1 miles in BUPA Great North Run helping me to raise funds for the incredibly worthy charity GOSH (Great Ormond Street Hospital). They depend on people like you and me to help provide care and treatment for seriously ill children suffering from the rarest, most complex and often life-threatening conditions. As a mother of 3 young children and a very keen runner, fitting my training in is a challenge in itself. But, dedicated as I am I'm writing this whilst on holiday in the South of France having just returned from a VERY HOT and VERY HILLY training run. (Very different from the flat terrain and rainy weather I normally experience in Teddington, Middlesex.) My target time is to run under 1 hour 40 minutes and to raise in excess of £500. Thanks for your support. Kate
