Hi All,

Joe and Kate are competing in this year's BUPA Great North Run and would like to raise as much money as possible for the local charity Just For Kids.

With one week to go the preparations are in there final stages. We have been following a strict Geordie training plan to build up our stamina by running distances of up to 10 miles. Joe still insists on drinking a pint of Newcastle Brown Ale every morning for breakfast as well as eating anything up to 10 ham and pease pudding stotties.
