Yes I am just one of those people who can't say no to things and yet again find myself crying out to my friends to ignore the recession and chuck there hard earned cash in the direction of a good cause (or two).

I am talking part in the Midnight Memories Walk in aid of the Bolton Hospice. the hospice provides respite and full time care for people with terminal illness and holds  a special place in my heart as my Grandma has worked year for many years.

The walk is 8 miles at begins at midnight on June 13th, I'm told it will require wearing lots of pink..

I appreciate times are hard (and I have a second event I'm begging for cash for but just think.. have 5 pints tonight instead of 6 and divide the spare £2 between each of my causes!
