We are taking on yet another challenge for Mind and this may just be our hardest one yet! We have signed up the Phoenix24 Longest Day event which will see us cover 1 mile, every hour, on the hour for 24 hours from 8am on Saturday 19 June. 

Sounds simple enough, but we've been warned that those witching hour miles after midnight really test your mettle and for someone who loves their sleep (Kate) we think this is definitely going to be a challenge. 

We'd love for you to support us and donate towards Mind Charity. You are probably aware that we both have lived experience of mental health conditions and the work that they do to care for and offer support and help to those struggling is just invaluable.
