We help people suffering from heart disease to rebuild their lives.

Story

As most of you will know last summer my dad (Mark) suffered an unexpected heart attack. After under going emergency heart surgery at Blackpool Victoria Hospital he then went on to the Cardiac Rehabilation Programme at Heartbeat in Preston

From being at a low point after the heart attack, the programme provided for my dad by Heartbeat and the NHS was invaluable in rebuilding his confidence and giving him back his positive attitude towards the future.

As a way of saying thankyou for all the amazing work they have done and continue to do I am running the Blackpool 10k on behalf of my Dad, Mum, Chris and Charlotte to help raise much needed funds for Heartbeat which relies on donations.

They really make a difference and they do a fantastic job. Any donations large or small would be appreciated.
