Since I joined TST in 2020 I have been blown away by the passion and dedication of everyone working in the specialist sexual violence and abuse sector. 

With 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men affected by sexual violence and abuse in their life, the reality of sexual violence is staggering. 

I will be completing both the Summer and Autumn Wolf Run events with the TST team. This involves navigating a tough, and very muddy 10Km obstacle course! 

I hope to raise money as much money as possible to help The Survivors Trust continue it's important work on behalf of survivors and the specialist sexual violence and abuse support services.
