I feel like it's been a while since I shook my begging bowl and lightened everyone's pockets and it has been! 

Its been almost two years since I took past in my first Sprint Triathlon and oh boy does it feel like it!!! The last few years have flown by filled with fun and major life changes and now it's time to challenge myself again.  Whilst really wishing I had done more in the interim I am actually going to try and 'sprint' this one rather than just survive! So please give me a reason to push myself by giving anything you can to the wonderful RNIB.  

RNIB is one of the UK's leading charities offering information, support and advice to around 2 million people with sight loss.  If you have the time take a second to close your eyes and imagine a world without colour, motion or faces of your loved ones. Now think about how much a comforting voice or the feeling of holding somebodies hand would lighten your darkness. This is the great support that RNIB provide.
