On World Menopause Day, I'm taking '50' (the average age that ladies go through the menopause)and doing something good with it. Together we can support children and young people across the UK to rebuild their lives. I'm inviting people across the UK to get their trainers on and walk with me at 10 am on that day & while listening or watching me LIVE on Facebook.
As a Fitness professional I'm going to share top tips from how to burn more calories while you walk to how to cope with some of the symptoms of the menopause. We will walk and talk and have a laugh along the way.
I'm driven to do this as I'm very aware from my own experience & that of the 48K ladies that folllow my FB page that there is not enough information available for ladies about the menopause and how to cope with it. On World Menopause Day I want to raise money and help support at the same time.
