Story

After being blessed with a  ballot place, I just knew I had to try and make a little difference on the day and try my best to raise some money for Charity.

I have many charities that mean so much to me and have helped so much in friends and loved ones lives but I wanted to help out with a smaller charity this time,  as they struggle so much to get funding and getting a ballot place means I can do this : )

Crossing point is a  charity in Liverpool that really struggles to get funding (like lots of smaller charities). So I know every penny will be so gratefully received

This charity is very close to mine and my families hearts as it was founded by my Beautiful Mum. She would work so hard before and during her illness to make it what it is today.

They are a life saving charity to so many broken lives. Working to help victims of Domestic abuse.

They are making such a difference, helping restore lives that have been damaged by abuse and  allowing  those people, who may be lost and alone to feel safe and secure again.

Crossing point was my chosen charity in 2015 when I ran my first London marathon. My Mum got me a t-shirt printed and travelled all the way down to London for the day to help cheer me on.  She was our biggest supporter in all things. We would never of dreamt that we would all get the dreaded diagnosis just months later.   I know that all the hard work the team at Crossing point do to keep it going will make her smile from heaven  :)

Helping me raise money today is going to give me a massive boost on race day : )

Thankyou all very much for reading

Love Kate xxx
