St Wilfrid’s Hospice looked after my dad just before he died in 2018 and now, 5 years on, they are supporting my brother as he approaches the end of his life, while also supporting me.

They are partly funded by the NHS but in order to provide care to so many people, they need to raise a huge amount of money.
