Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have agreed to run 20K in 3 weeks time! Obviously I have been training for a little while but its still a massive task. I am getting increasignly terrified and determined to  get out there on the 19th March and do the best I possibly can.

Leo was born 10 weeks premature and suffered a per-birth haemorrhage resulting in brain damage causing him to develop a form of cerebal palsy which means he cant walk, however there is a life changing operation unavailable on the NHS which would change that and give him the chance to walk.

I am also doing this mad run to help my dear friend Louise Ballard. I have said that I will match every pound donated to help Leo and then donate to Louise's fundraising cause. She gave birth to a gorgeous little boy in December and was then given the devastating news in January that she has terminal cancer. She has found alternative traetment options which have good results but like everything they cost money and she desperately needs help. This is one way I can help, so the more people sponsor me the more I will donate to help this wonderful person in the fight of her life for her life.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
