I'm running the London Marathon in April for the Farming Community Network.  My Partner and many close friends work in the Farming Industry.  As do I.  I see the difficulties this essential community face every day.  From Isolation, family relationship issues, bureaucracy to name a few.  A friend was helped massively by FCN when his mental health was suffering.  The charity relies on fundraising and grants to continue to connect with and support farmers and farming families 356 days a year. 

Running helps my physical and mental health enormously.  I have a connective tissue disease.  Exercise helps the pain and other associated issues this causes.
