Inspired by Anthony and my friend Nicole who have both achieved so much in the face of adversity, I am cycling from London to Paris to raise money for the Stroke Association.

It's been a while since I have cycled for more than an hour, but armed with my trusty padded cycling shorts and with friends cycling by my side, I am facing this challenge with a smile on my face!
