Story

Hey guys, thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm running the Great North Run and the Chester Marathon later this year to raise money for Help the Hospices.

Help the Hospices is a charity working all over the UK to support organisations as they strive to improve end of life care. Many of you may not be aware that hospices rely on donations to fund their work which makes it all the more important that people support their work and donate.

Most of us will know somebody that has been, or will be cared for by the specialised staff in a hospice. These staff provide essential physcial care for patients at the end of their life, as well as providing emotional, spiritual and social support and support for family and friends.

If you agree that it's a cause that really deserves your support, or if you just want to support my personal challenge, then please dig deep and donate.

I'd be very grateful for any sponsorship; I might be needing some end of life care myself at the end of the marathon!

Cheers!
