I am taking part in the 2010 Royal Parks Half Marathon on Oct 10th to raise money for Right to Play.

It's a great cause and well worth the hours of pain I am currently going through and the hours yet to come.

They raise money to give disadvantaged children the chance to play sports and enjoy at least some of their childhood the way we all took for granted.

I guess seeing as you're here you are already thinking about sponsoring me which is great - but unfortunately in this situation the thought doesn't count, but your money does!!
