I have decided to start this fundraising because 3 months ago I was told I had scoliosis, during this time was extreme mixed emotions. There was many tears and lots of pain, which I still have now. Thanks to the scoliosis association it provided me with a community of people who are just like me, living with scoliosis. 

For those who don’t know scoliosis is a curvature of the spine this can be one or two curves. To which I have 2 curves in my spine. This is extremely painful and many suffer like me. You can have this from birth or adolescence. There is still a long way to go to fully understand why people like me get scoliosis. The scoliosis association provide help and support for all individuals suffering with scoliosis. I want to raise  money to help other people just like me, in aiding in research and keeping them going as they are not a government funded group.
