The British Red Cross is working in partnership with Team GB to encourage us all to be our best this summer. We're raising money so that British Red Cross teams can reach people who need our help. The Red Cross believe it is really important in communities across the UK because no one should go through a crisis on their own.

The funds will help British Red Cross staff and volunteers to continue:£40 could cover a grocery shop for someone coming home from hospital to an empty fridge.£100 could provide 6 vulnerable people with a wheelchair for a week, giving them their independence back.£381 would fund our emergency support line for one hour, allowing people across the UK to access the help they need.

Working and volunteering for the Red Cross has meant I have seen first hand the incredible difference support can make to an individual, family and community.  Help this amazing charity continue its much needed work across the UK.
