Fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support
Each year I run a half-marathon to raise money for a cancer charity in memory of one of the best men that ever lived ... the legendary Glen Heggarty who lost his battle to cancer in June 2011 aged 25. By doing this each year it keeps the memory of Glen alive and it means something good and positive is coming out of what is a horrendously sad situation.
Glen had a blog that he kept before he died which you can read at: http://glenhegg.blogspot.co.uk/
