Katrina's 22 mile walk for Children in Nepal

Bridgnorth Walk · 12 May 2015
Between 2007 and 2010 I raised two thousand eight hundred pounds for an amazing charity called Child Action Nepal - I did this by publishing a single page newspaper every week called 'The Kat' which carried the slogan:
"Only Reporting Good News"
Many people seemed to like the simple chatty stories of what was happening in my life at around that time - they serve as a great diary to remind me of many wonderful things that happend to me and my family...
At the moment, the double earthquake that has struck Nepal will make the opportunity for many children to experience the safe, comfortable, loving and fun childhood that I experienced a distant and unatainable dream.
In 2007, when we visited Katmandu, many orphans were living in squalid condidtions in the streets - their pain relieved by their constant glue sniffing which anaethetised their suffering. Their plight has been worsened beyond imagination and I now ask you to support me in raising funds to help some of these chidren have a better life...
