Why  Giving back and helping others is becoming more and more important to me as the years are ticking by.  Your life can change (for the better or worse) in a split second and I want to make it my mission to do what I can to make sure that there is enough help and support available to those that need it.  

My dad once said some words that have resonated so much with me and and those around me.  These being "Smug now.  Sorry later".   I/we have found that they can relate to any situation and are a good reminder that we shouldn't take anything for granted!

How it started   The magazine Twin that I work on is turning 10, Trekstock are also celebrating their 10th year anniversary this year and Whistles are one of our favourite clients.  The perfect combination to climb a mountain.

We have pulled together a team of 30 people from the fashion and publishing industry to embark on this incredible (and challenging!) adventure which I am sure will be a mix of highs and lows.  The goal being to raise as much money as we can to support all the wonderful work that Sophie and her team are doing at Trekstock.  The more we can help here, the more she can help others.  

Help  As part of the adventure we have all pledged to raise £2,100 each for the cause with a grand total of £60k to Trekstock..
