Story
Karsons for Good was set up a few years ago as our initiative to help those who are less fortunate around the world. Our next project was to build teachers’ accommodation in Nepal together with the local NGO Childreach Nepal together with the UK charity Hope for Children.
As part of our Nepal campaign, our MD Hashil had committed and got a space in the London Marathon with Hope for Children which would have taken place Sunday 26th of April but had to get postponed. The postponement of the London Marathon is very hard for all charities as this is where a lot of their income would come from, which is why they have come up with the initiative “2.6 Challenge” (26 miles being the marathon distance) which will take place instead of the London Marathon.
Karsons would like to challenge all our friends, clients and family to join our team in support of Hope For Children, virtually in your own safe space with whatever doable 2.6 or 26 challenge you can do. This could be a run, cycle, push-ups or may other challenges that you can think of in km, miles, number of reps… We would ask for a donation of £26 or more if you can. Together we can support and help charities survive - and have some fun whilst doing it.
We look forward following your progress on Facebook!
THANK YOU!
