Hello, 

Since 2016, our team (a group of friends with a healthy lack of concern for training or finish times) ran the Belfast City Marathon for a range of charitable causes. 

This year we aim to run two teams. In return for donations, the team commits: to train very little; to fairly poor nutrition levels; and to endeavour to finish the race by sunset.

Nexus is Northern Ireland's specialist sexual trauma charity offering information, support and specialist counselling to anyone affected by any form of sexual abuse. Sexual abuse permeates all of society, and can affect anyone regardless of age, gender, or background. Nexus' vision is to rebuild lives and bring about lasting positive change by enabling individuals affected by sexual trauma to lead more happy, healthy and productive lives, supported by positive strategies within society to tackle it.
