On the 30th April 2013 we lost a son, brother, father, step-father, uncle and friend. 

This page was originally started for Karl's family and friends to make a small donation in place of flowers but as the figure rose we decided to continue to help raise funds for SOBS.

Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) exists to meet the needs and break the isolation of those bereaved by the suicide of a close relative or friend.

During his too few years with us Karl became a gifted craftsman who loved music and spending time with his family. No one will ever know why he chose to do what he did - The loss will feel is tremendous and no amount of time will ever heal the pain we feel but what we can do is help others who find themselves in the same position, who need help coming to terms with their own loss.

Losing a loved one to suicide leaves a lot of questions - none of which can ever be truly answered. But there are people who dedicate their lives to helping others, who have the time to talk, listen and comfort people in their darkest hours.
