10/8/14 thank you everyone for the support and donations so far 3 weeks to go and looking foward to it
me and my brother are doing this walk on the 28th september 2014 to support the research for alzheimer's disease as my mum came down with it and we wanted to do something to get involved and help. we did a walk last year from Sittingbourne to brighton this was for alzheimer's society so this is going to be like a continuation for alzheimers research uk we will be starting at brighton pier and walking to Bournemouth pier .we will have backpacks and a tent on the walk .we have not set ourself a time limit to do this but to get to Bournemouth by foot following coast . and staying in the tent when needed .we also want to thank everyone who donated last time and to the doctors and nurses that helped when we needed them, we want to raise as much awareness and money to help all those that are affected by this disease we will be updating this site on the walk with photos of all the towns visited.
thanks karl and luke barnes
