Karla is the Head of Kitchen at Kane's Hill Primary School and Ann is the Head of Kitchen at Swaythling Primary School. We have been friends for over 20 years and we love our jobs, which brings us to this new challenge in our lives together. 

We want to raise money to support the school children that we serve, and the charity we work for - City Catering. We have nicknamed ourselves team 'Shakers n Bakers'! 

We'll be doing 'warm-up-walks' between now and September, to get us ready for the big event. Starting in Winchester, followed by Snowdon in Wales, then Cornwall and we've already done Lulworth Cove.

The trek will take two days from start to finish, it's approximately 12 hours each day. We'll be setting off at 6:00 am in the dark, and walking a total of 28 miles (across the 2 days). 

Stacey will be joining team 'Shakers n Bakers' on the challenge and is raising money for her own charity.
