Hey everyone! Anyone that knows me will most likely have known my Father Gary Jones.

A few years ago we went through a really rough time and he eventually passed away from terminal cancer. It really was a horrible time, and anyone who's been through something similar will know how bad things can get. During the time up to my fathers death, and even after, Macmillan nurses gave a lot of support which was really appreciated.

For a long time I've thought about the best way to give something back and make sure the service is there to help others in the same situation in future.

To do this I've signed up for the London to Paris Cycling Challenge. The challenge will be over 4 days, covering 480km.

I'm hoping to raise as much as possible - with a target of £1600 to help support Macmillan,
