Barnardo's are a wonderful historic charity started in London's East End over 100 years ago by Thomas Barnardo. at it's peak it had over a 100 children homes, his vision was "no child should ever be turned away" 

Today Barnardo's do an incredible service helping 200,000 children in the UK through counselling, adoption and fostering services.

Sunday 2nd August I will be cycling 100 miles through the UK's toughest hills to raise money for this worthwhile charity, so please "join me" in helping to make the UK a safer place for our children.
