Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Karen Williamson lost her long and courageous fight against cancer and died at home in the arms of her beloved partner Simon Ramage on 6th January 2015 after ensuring in typical selfless and caring fashion she could deliver a happy Christmas for all her family and friends. Despite experiencing considerable personal pain and suffering she never complained and dedicated her life to the care of others. it was an honour and privilege to have known Karen and all those who knew her held a common bond of love and affection for her.

For anyone who knew Karen or heard of her through her friends, and want to show your appreciation in some way, please make a donation in honour of her name, with all proceeds going to the Marie Curie Cancer Care.

In due course her name will live on with the establishment of the Karen Williamson Foundation fronting a series of annnual challenges and future proofed with a trust fund to ensure her name will carry on for many decades. As with this page, all proceeds also will be going to Marie Curie.

Thank you for your support in the wonderful, caring and beautiful Karen's name.
