I beat breast cancer in 2010 (benefitting from a drug trial) and now want to give something back.  I've been roller skating around Battersea Park on most (dry) Saturdays over the last year and thought it would be fun to do my regular skating dressed in pink during October as it is Breast Cancer Awareness month.  To make it a little more challenging I'm also doing marathon distance (15 laps of the park) on 18th & 25th Oct.  I hope to be joined by some of my fellow Saturday skaters so we should be quite noticeable as we go round.  Can't wait to get rolling !!
