Hello and thanks for visiting our Manchester 10k Run Fundraising Page.

As alot of you will remember and a few of you that don't know - here is a brief overview of why we do this every year.

In 2003 our second daughter - Bethan, was born with a life threatening bowel condition that required immediate surgery after birth.  3 operations, 2 months in hospital and 1 very long proceeding year - Bethan made a full recovery.

This was due to the excellent and dedicated staff at the St Mary's Childrens Hospital, Manchester who we are forever in their debt.

Donations will help towards the life saving medical equipment for the Neonatal Surgical Unit and make the parents and babies who stay there - through their difficult time...a little more comfortable.  

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor us: Central Manchester & Manchester Children's University Hospitals Charity gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation. 

We've set a target between the three of us of just £300.00 so every £1 raised is extremely well received.......lets hope we can exceed it !!
