This October, join Big Steppers across the UK stepping 5,000 or 10,000 steps a day, to improve their health & raise money to transform health and care across the UK, so that everyone can access the care they deserve.

Story

During October, I am joining steppers across the UK and putting my best foot forward to improve my health whilst uniting to support an NHS that can be there for us all, when we need it.
